The webpage is safe and secure and is password protected so only you and your family can see the page. Once the surprise has been given you can easily take photos.
If you are having more then one person in the photo there is no need to take photos of everyone together, in fact i prefer single photos of each person so that i can see more detail when i am drawing. This is useful if you want a portrait of all of the grandchildren and they are in various places around the country - or even worldwide.
