Photos are the key ingredient in the portraits process. The photos you supply need to be clear and close up, and most of all really look like the subject. The majority of the time i am unable to see the person in real life, so the photo is the only thing i have to guide me in capturing their personality and character.
The best portraits are when clients are able to take photos especially for the portrait with a digital camera. If you can email me a few at the highest resolution you can, and let me know which you feel would be the best to work from. Often camera software and email clients can reduce the image size of the picture so please check that the pictures are at least 1000 pixels wide.
