You can telephone the studio, we don't keep strict working hours and are usually in the studio 7 days a week and can be telephoned between around 9am to 8 pm daily.

My wife Melanie, who is also a pet portrait artist normally handles my communication and telephone calls, but i am always available to talk at any time and i have full input on emails and mockups. I find that Melanie can usually type faster, use the photoshop software program for the mockups more efficiently and organise things far better then myself and so i am happy to leave these tasks in her hands.
I accept photos via email, we have a fast broadband connection, therefore don't worry about the file size of your photos as long as they are saved in jpeg format, this is the standard format of digital cameras. If you don't have the facilities to email photos alternatively you can mail them to me as prints or on a cd rom. Please email me for my home address.
